June 4, 2015 – Call to Order: 6:30 PM

Pathways Charter School Board of Directors meetings are open to the public, except for certain subjects that are addressed in closed executive session in accordance with the Brown Act. If any member of the public wishes to attend and requires special accommodations due to conditions outlined in the Americans with Disabilities Act, please contact the School Director at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
Board Goals 2015
1) The Board will assure that administrators and teachers have the resources necessary for all students to make significant academic growth.
2) The Board will continue to develop and support a culture of professional learning at all levels of the school.
3) The Board will develop strong relationships between and among all levels of the school.
4) The Board will communicate positive accomplishments inside and outside of the Pathways community.
5) The Board will develop marketing strategies to increase student enrollment regionally that supports the mission of the school.

Visitors are allowed to address the Board for up to three (3) minutes on items not on the agenda for a total of 20 minutes per topic. With Board consent, the President may increase or decease the time allowed for public comment. The Board does not respond or take action on these comments.

Some items may require Action from the Board and are noted as such.
5.1 Review and Approval of Local Control Accountability Plan 20 min.
The Board will review and be asked to approve the 2015-16 LCAP
5.2 Consideration of Moving Regular Board June Meeting to Wednesday June 17. 10 min.
